- GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This Privacy Policy presents the Administrator’s procedures for processing personal data collected by the website tfp.net.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Portal.”
- The administrator of the personal data collected through the Portal is Krzysztof Stępień conducting business activity under the name Krzysztof Stępień Towarzystwo Fotografii Przyrodniczej(Nature Photography Society), Tax Identification Number (NIP) 8531467456, Księcia Bogusława X 5c Street premises 2, 74-200 Pyrzyce, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator.”
- The Portal User is any natural person visiting the Portal or using one or more services or functionalities of the Portal.
- Personal data collected by the Administrator is processed no longer than it is necessary for the purposes of processing specified in this Privacy Policy.
- Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed in accordance with the regulations on personal data and the implemented privacy policy.
- The Administrator uses secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
- The Portal uses plugins of facebook.comand www.instagram.com, which enable Users to connect directly with the servers of these portals.
- Any amendments to this Privacy Policy will be published on the Portal.
- Whenever this Privacy Policy refers to “GDPR” it should be understood as Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

- PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
- The Administrator processes the following data of Users who register on the Portal– first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, address (city, street, building and premises number, postal code), IP number.
- Provision of personal data listed in point 2.1 is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator to perform the agreement. Failure to provide all the necessary personal data will be tantamount to the lack of possibility to conclude an agreement on maintaining an account in the Portal.
- The Users’ personal data included in the form located on the website tfp.net.plunder the bookmark “Create an account” are processed for the purpose of the User’s registration to the extent necessary for proper performance of the agreement for maintaining an account in the Portal by the Administrator and its employees (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
- The Users’ personal data are processed by the Administrator also in order to provide services electronically in the scope of making available to Users the contents gathered in the Portal– then the basis of processing is the indispensability of processing for the performance of an agreement (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR); for analytical and statistical purposes – then the legal basis of processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest consisting in conducting analyses of the User activities and preferences in order to improve functionalities and services provided (Article 6.1.f of theGDPR), as well as for the purpose of possible establishment and vindication of claims or defence against them – then the legal basis of the processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest consisting in protection of the User’s rights (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of provided service and the purpose of processing. In principle, the User’s data are processed for a period of using thePortal, while the personal data of Users who have concluded an agreement on maintaining an account in the Portal are processed until the expiry of time for which the agreement has been concluded and its performance by both parties. The period of personal data processing may be extended in case the processing is necessary to establish or assert claims or to defend against them, and after that time only in the case and to the extent required by law. After the end of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly removed or anonymized.
- By the Administrator’s order, personal data of the Users can be revealed to the following categories of subjects: accountants, accounting offices, Internet payment service providers, lawyers, Administrator’s employees and persons connected with the Administrator by civil-law contracts – in order to book and settle transactions; IT service providers – in order to enable the User to use all functionalities of the Portal. The above-mentioned entities do not become administrators of the Portal User’s personal data, and cannot disclose them. They process data only in the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose defined by the Administrator.
- The Administrator shall take all necessary measures to ensure that all natural persons who are connected with the Administrator by an employment relationship or a civil law agreement, as well as all other entities with which it cooperates provide a guarantee of the application of appropriate technical and organizational measures within the meaning of the GDPR whenever they process personal data on behalf of the Administrator.
- CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- access to own personal data and to withdraw consent to their processing by the Administrator at any time,
- control the processing of own personal data by the Administrator,
- request for own personal data to be rectified or updated,
- demand to remove own personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if the consent for their processing has been withdrawn, and no other reason for the processing of personal data occurs,
- object to the processing of own personal data by the Administrator for a reason that has its source in a specific situation,
- request the transfer of its personal data for use by third parties,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in case it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of GDPR.
- In order to exercise the rights specified in paragraph 3.1, the User should contact the Administrator by:
- sending a specific request to the Administrator via e-mail to the address [email protected]
- sending a specific request to the Administrator in writing to the address: Księcia Bogusława X 5c Street, 74-200 Pyrzyce.
This does not apply to the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data.
- COOKIES
- Cookies consist of small text information sent by a web server and stored in the in the Portal User’s terminal device, such as computer, smartphone, tablet. They do not contain viruses or malware. When a user’s browser reconnects to a website it recognizes the device from which the user connects.
- Cookies can be controlled by the User through the settings of the Internet browser at any time. Detailed information on changing the cookies settings can be found in the “help” tabs of web browsers.
- On the first visit to the Portal, the User is informed about the use of cookies.
- The Administrator is entitled to process the data contained in cookies for the following purposes:
- identification of Users as logged in to the Portal,
- adaptation of the Portal contents to individual preferences of the User.
- The User may at any time disable the option of storing cookies by changing the settings in the Internet browser.
- The Portaluses only necessary cookies to enable using the services available at the Portal, e.g. for authentication.
- Cookies are stored on the User’s device for a period not longer than 30 days.
- Third parties do not have access to cookies used by the Portal.
- AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
- This Policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary. The current version of the Policy has been adopted and is effective as of 03.03.2021.
